I filed 2/1/2019 and hasnt got accepted or rejected. still pending it says . anyone with this issue

The IRS started processing previously stockpiled returns on a first-in, first-out basis starting on January 28. Most refunds are issued within 21 calendar days of acceptance. This IRS FAQ page is also helpful to view. Yes.
2/1/2019 Filed and accepted
2/13/19, Wed., Bar gone, ...still being processed
2/16/19, Sat, first time able to order transcript. (Blank, only showing Filing Status but í incorrectly)
