I filed 1099 keeps asking for w2 info what did I do wrong please help

Are you self-employed?  Or do you mean some other type of 1099, such as 1099-R?

I have 1099-R forms and it keeps asking for W2

I have a 1099-R and the program wants my W2 info, what do I do

Form 1099-R for each person to whom you have made a designated distribution or are treated as having made a distribution of $10 or more from:

• Profit-sharing or retirement plans.
• Any individual retirement arrangements (IRAs).
• Annuities, pensions, insurance contracts, survivor income benefit plans.
• Permanent and total disability payments under life insurance contracts.
• Charitable gift annuities, etc.
