I Filed 1040EZ but chose not to file my state return? Can I add the form and file it a couple weeks later?

Yes. If you have filed your Federal Tax return with TurboTax, you can do the following to file your state tax return:

1. Click on Visit My Tax Timeline

2. Under Some Things You Can Do (below your 2015 return statuses), click on Amend (change) return

3. Click on Amend my return

4. Click on the File tab and go through the prompts to file your state return

Keep in mind that e-filing a state return is only allowed once a federal return is accepted/rejected, so you'll have to wait until your e-file is accepted/rejected in order to proceed with state.
