I file Wisconsin St. TurboTax inserted a number Line 11, #26, that is more than the allowable $5K. Phone rep couldn't see the PDF. How do I get help? I paid already.

Try deleting the Additions and Subtractions Statement in your WI return.  To do this, please follow these steps:

TurboTax Online

1. While in your return, click on Tax Tools > Tools (in the black bar at the side of your screen).  
2. In the Tools Center, under Other helpful links click on Delete a form.
3. Click Delete next to the form you want to delete and follow the onscreen instructions. 
4. Once you have finished deleting the desired form(s) click the Continue with My Return box (in the lower right of your screen).

TurboTax CD/Download

1. Go into Forms Mode by clicking on the Forms icon in the top right of the blue bar. 
2. In the Forms in My Return list on the left, click on the form you wish to open and delete.
3. Click on the Delete Form box at the bottom of the screen.
4. To return to the interview, click on the Step-By-Step icon in the top right of the blue bar.  

I deleted the form as instructed, and the incorrect item still is showing up as more than $6,000 , code number 26.   Again, the State allows a max of $5,000 on this line, under this code number.  

Deleting this form seems to have made things go more haywire.  I don't want to go into my specific details on this public forum, but some very strange things happened on both forms.

I logged out and in to see if something would change and it did not. 

I am a bit frustrated as I have paid for this service and it is not working.  This "fix" has made things worse.  When I called, the gentleman, kind as he was, could not help me.

I will try to call again tomorrow, but this will be my last attempt.
