The IP PINs are not printed on a paper copy or PDF for privacy/security purposes.
If filing by mail, you will have to write the IP PINs in the designated area of the signature section.

Why was the IP PIN not asked for in the interview? Both my partner and I got rejected by e-file due to lack of any IP Pin. We both had to enter the IP PIN an re-file our returns. This seems like a no-brainer - ask for the IP PIN in the interview.
It is part of the interview process if you followed it faithfully and did not skip any sections.
