I entered my 1099 R and now I am trying to enter my husbands but it puts my name on it. Does it matter?

Yes, it is important to verify the owner of the form 1099-R. Before entering form 1099-R, TurboTax has a page which says Verify the Owner of this 1099-R and you should click on the name to the spouse the form 1099-R belongs.
