I efiled my 2019 taxes and my federal is accepted but state was rejected. I fixed the issue with state and have to mail it. So why does it still show I need to fix it

You can try deleting your browsers cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.
