I earned commissions paid through various title companies and did not get 1099's. How do I account for this?

You enter the income in the General Income category for payments not made on a 1099Misc.   It shows you are using the Self-Employed which is the correct program.  This would be listed as a separate business for these commissions.

You also enter the expenses related to earning this income.
