I e-filed my tax return and paying tax due by mailing a check. Do I need to mail Form 1040 with Schedules and Forms along with the voucher and check?

No, all you need to do is mail the payment voucher, Form 1040-V and your check.

Thank you for your reply.  The instructions on the top left-hand corner of the Form 1040-V Payment Voucher that TurboTax instructed me to print after e-filing said: "Do not staple this voucher or your payment to Form 1040", so that led me to question whether I should also mail the Form 1040 and the Schedules and Forms.  But, you're saying I need to mail the voucher and check only, which is what I thought but needed to confirm.  Thank you, I appreciate your help!
