I e-filed but it was rejected due to the PIN. I want to file an extension, but the option is not visable on my account. Help.

First if you are getting a refund an extension is not needed so you can stop trying.

If not you can simply mail in a paper form : https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4868.pdf
