I downloaded the CSV from Coinbase, deleted the top 7 rows (email etc), but get an error when I upload "No headers found in this file". There are headers so how to fix?

Turbotax says "Your Coinbase file will be compatible as long as it's under 2251 transactions." My transactions are less than 300. I deleted the top 7 rows that had a disclaimer, my email, etc. I also tried bolding the headers but still doesn't work.

Turbotax is garbage and will not even attempt to address this wide-spread problem.  But you can always buy a 3rd party software to do TurboTax's job for them.  Why pay once when you can pay twice??

If you are experiencing issues downloading, please contact Coinbase directly.

Why am I paying for Premier if the service doesn't work?

Coinbase no longer supports a direct import of a CSV file into TurboTax from their site resulting in an error message for some users. Instead, Coinbase is relying on a 3rd party, CoinTracker, as an option to calculate your cryptocurrency gains and losses and to access your CSV file.
