I downloaded deluxe but need premier How do I get premier?

Look up near the top of your screen for the "upgrade" button and click it.

When you get to a place in the program that  requires you to upgrade the option will be presented automatically...  just keep going. 

Why do you need Premier?  All the Desktop programs have the same forms, you just get more help in the higher versions so Deluxe should work ok.    Are you on Windows or Mac?
