I dont live in the USanymore, when I try to file them it shows me the review of the payment and is asking me for an adress from the US it doesnt let me change the country

You may have to change the drop down menu at the screen Enter your current mailing address.

 

In TurboTax Online, click on My Info down the left side of the screen.

 

Select Edit to the right of Mailing address.

 

See options under Type of mailing address by clicking the down arrow.
