I don’t want to pay for help tools and something that said pay with my refund it’s $59 the help tool is $19

If you want the 19.99 deducted from your refund there is an Extra 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge.  19.99+39.99=59.98.  You can pay the 19.99 with a credit card to avoid the extra charge.
