I don't want to file my state taxes, however, the price of filing it is in my "cart". How do I not file my state taxes, only Federal?

You'll need to delete the state return. Please see this FAQ for instructions on how to delete the unwanted State return: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301384
