I don't want to file a form 8615, but I can't seem to efile without completing it. Is there a way around this?

I have the same problem. Eager TurboTax programmers have most likely not implemented this correctly. If it doesn't apply to you, it doesn't apply to you. They don't care about fixing their system because it encourages people to upgrade from freemium and pay for support.

If you are required to file Form 8615, you can't file without it.
