I don't understand what they're trying to ask me to do I need help

I shouldn't be having any problems because I didn't have nothing to claim except for my unemployment because of covid

The only earn income I received for 2020 was unemployment no State money so I don't know why there should be state taxes the only money I received was from unemployment
