I don't remember the pin I used last year. How do I find it?

The IRS discontinued the PIN system, opting to instead use your prior year return's AGI.

If you filed with TurboTax Online last year, go to Tax Timeline, expand the year 2015 section, and choose to get your AGI.

You don't have to download or pay for this, we provide it freely if you filed your return with TurboTax Online that year.

If you did not file with us last year, contact your tax preparer if you don't have a permanent copy.

You can also get your IRS transcript (partial return info) quickly online at https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript.

If necessary you can also contact the IRS for a full photocopy of return. Visit https://www.irs.gov/uac/about-form-4506 to do that.

If this helped you, please up-vote this answer so I know you were taken care of 100%. If we need to work together further to get it resolved, please comment...we'll get it taken care of together.

I'm here to help.
