I don't remember my TurboTax password so I need to reset it so how do I do that when I don't have the old password that the system requires to make changes?

If that doesn't work there is a small blue link at the bottom that says Try something else and if you click on that you can locate your account by using your SSN, name, and birthdate and then update your password.
