I don't know what amount to enter in box 1,3 or 8 on form 1099-int ? can you help me?

What is confusing you?  You key in the information exactly as shown on the 1099-INT.  If there is nothing in one of those boxes, leave it blank.  What are you trying to do?

Do you have a 1099Int?  From who?  Your bank?  The boxes on the screen should match the 1099 form.   A bank 1099 should say the box # like box 1 and the amount.  Only enter the boxes that have an amount.  Leave the other boxes Blank.
