I don't have Sch IN-OCC Certification/Project number, but Turbotax is asking for one. Why would it imply I should have one?

I reviewed all of my stuff four times and there is nothing that I answered that would show that I have one of these forms. It also has a number in the Tax Balance space, this number doesn't add up to anything of which I am aware. Why is this here?

It could have carried over from last year, or you may have accidentally entered something in one of the credit fields.   You can go back through the IN tax credit screens and find the erroneous entry.   But if you know you don't have any of the credits below, you can delete the form.   Sch IN-OCC is included if you have any of the credits below:
