I don't have an actual W2 just a Lyft summary. It doesn't have a code for box d. What should I do?

Are you referring to Box 12d? What you do with the information will depend on the code associated with Box 12.  Provide the code to this thread for assistance in resolving your issue.

You don't enter Lyft or Uber under W2 section.

You will need to file a schedule C in your personal tax return for self employment income.  You will need to use the Self Employed Online version to fill out schedule C or any of the Desktop programs.

most likely you are an independent contractor (IC) and don't get a w-2. Your Lyft income and expenses are not entered through a w-2 form   you should have gotten a 1099 if an IC.  then your income and expenses are reported on schedule C.
