I don't have 1099-INT but software has prefilled this box with a random positive number ($725) and there's no way I can remove this. Even I don't have 1099-INT

I am using Premier+State 2023 desktop version.

Since you have the Desktop program you can switch to Forms Mode and look around.   Interest can come from other places like a K-1 or 1099Div. Did you import any 1099 forms from your broker fund or bank, etc?

I highly doubt that the software randomly added interest to your filing.  I'm guessing that you downloaded information either from a brokerage or a bank and that information included dividends in the amount you showed.  You should be able to get a copy of any information reported to the IRS.  Seeing is believing!
