There is not a particular category of business expense that would fit your disposal fees, but you can include it on your Schedule C as a miscellaneous business expense.
Use the following steps:
On the top row of the TurboTax online screen, click on Search (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax locate the search box in the upper right corner)
This opens a box where you can type in “business expenses” (be sure to enter exactly as shown here) and click the magnifying glass (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax, click Find)
The search results will give you an option to “Jump to business expenses”
Click on the blue “Jump to business expenses” link and enter your information
Click Edit beside the business name
Scroll to the Business Expenses section, click Update or Edit beside Other Common Business Expenses
This will open a page with many different categories of common business expenses
Find the section for Other Miscellaneous Expenses and click Start or Update, then enter a short description and an amount for the expense
