I don't either.  I use Turbotax to generate the state return and then print it out and either mail or hand deliver it to my local tax office in town.  This saves me the cost of the state e-file.

If using TT Online, you must still pay for the state return to print it. Otherwise, see this:

I use the desktop version so not a problem to simply print out state return.
