I do not have a 1095 A form my parents pay for the insurance therefore they get the form but they are not claiming me in their taxes

I can not put the information in my taxes neither my parents are claiming me in their taxes

Because your social security number is in the system for healthcare, you will need to add the 1095 form to your taxes and indicate that you paid for 0% of it.

Please see this link for guidance as it provides several options to report the 1095-A based upon several possibilities.  Select the option that applies to you and you will see the steps to enter the information if needed on your own tax return.
