  1. Check Online: Log in to your Health Insurance Marketplace account. You may be able to download a digital copy of your 1095-A directly from there.
  2. Contact the Marketplace: If the form isn’t available online, reach out to the Marketplace Call Center to request a replacement. Ensure your personal details are accurate to avoid delays.
  3. Use Alternative Documentation: If you’re unable to get the form in time, you can use other records, like billing statements or payment receipts, to confirm your coverage and premium payments. This can help you complete IRS Form 8962 to reconcile your Premium Tax Credit.

Did you have marketplace health insurance in 2024?  You would only get a 1095A if you had health insurance from healthcare.gov--aka "Obamacare" or "Affordable Care Act" insurance.

How to find your 1095-A online

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2024 application — not your 2025 application.
  3. Select “Tax Forms."
  4. Download all 1095-As.
