I didn't realize I was charged tax on all of my fees no where did it tell me shouldn't that have been disclosed? Also it said I could file for free and I was charged.?

In the File section of the program on Step 1, you were shown the

Order Summary

with the costs.  If you did not agree with the costs shown you should have removed the options or cleared the tax return and started over with a lower priced TurboTax online edition.
