I didn't get a 1099-DIV but I did get $4 worth of dividends. What do I do?

I tried "Linking my bank" to get TT to pull from my investment account but it wouldn't do it and there's no place to put this in manually

yes you can enter a 1099-DIV manually.

Enter the name of the Payer.

You can't import it if it is not on a form.   When you enter it, click on Enter a different Way.  Click on 1099-DIV, then click on Type it in myself (at the bottom).   You will only need to enter the Payer's name and the amount.   And you only need a Schedule B if you have over $1500 in interest and/or dividends.
