I didn't file my 2016 taxes because i didn't have money to pay for it. I still need to file 2016 taxes as well.

Do you mean your 2015 taxes?

You can still file your 2016 return even if you did not file your 2015 return.  When asked, you would input your AGI as $0 (even though it was not), as that is what the IRS would have on file for you.

If you want to file your 2015 returns, you will need to print and mail them in.  E-filing was disabled for 2015 returns in October of 2016.  In order to print and mail your 2015 returns, you will need to upgrade your account to at least PLUS benefits (or pay for Deluxe or higher if you are in a different version of TurboTax).
