I did not work, no taxable income, and did not collect any unemployment or government assistance; but turbo tax won't let me e-file, how can I complete this?

I have no w-2. I did not earn any income no was I taxed on any income. I was homeless. But I need to file so I can present it to the courts.

The only way you will be able to e-file a tax return with no income at all is to enter a bogus $1 of interest as income; that is a trick the IRS allows that will permit you to e-file.

One solution is to get a paper form from IRS (or download from IRS website) and fill it out manually and mail it or deliver it to an IRS office.
