I did not receive a 1099-INT because my interest is below $10. I cannot upload the document or bring data over from my bank. How can I manually input my interest?

Thank you for being so honest.  The IRS will not ding you if you do not report it, but if you want to, go to the "Wages & Income" section of step-by-step, and scroll down to Interest and Dividends.  Click on "Interest on 1099-INT" (either Start or Update, depending on whether you had interest last year) and answer the questions.
