I did my taxes with you and you said I would get over $400.00 back but the IRS says I owe them $130.00. How can this be?

It may be that you owed back taxes, child support or delinquent student loan debt and the IRS offset your refund.  Or that the IRS changed something on your return. You will get a letter of explanation from them.
