I did my taxes for 2020 and they said that I have refund coming and then they turn around and say that they both were rejected

What do I do since turbo tax says my 2020 refund has been rejected

Actually, the IRS and state rejected your filings.  What is the rejection message/code in the email(s) from TT?

There should be a Fix Now button that helps you correct the reason for the reject so you can resubmit.
