Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

i never receive any email confirming anything but when i log on turbo tax its say my tax return is printed and ready for mail.com my order number is TTWC34846408 please let me know something
That means it is ready for YOU to sign and file by mail.
Go back to your 2018 online tax return and e-file the tax return.
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. See screenshot
This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.
If you receive a message that the tax return cannot be e-filed then it will have to be printed and mailed.
