You cannot file multiple returns in one online account. Never start another return by going back and overwriting everything in the return you just filed. This will replace your info, which means you won't be able to retrieve your return later.
Signing in with the wrong login (User ID/password combination) is the number one reason why our online customers cannot find the return they are sure they started or filed through TurboTax Online. Be sure to Log completely out of your Account and key in your Daughters user ID/password.
If you used the CD/Desktop version of Turbotax, then the only copy
is on the computer where you prepared the return. Turbotax does not
have a copy online.
