I did a payment arrangement when I filed on turbo tax but when I look at my pdf documents it has payment vouchers for the irs showing a larger amount due this month

If you have four Payment Vouchers, this is to make Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments if you are required to do that.

 

If not, check your Line 8 of Form 9465 in your PDF for the amount (if any) you indicated that you would pay now.

 

If you don't want to pay the amount entered, just cross it out and write in the amount you want to pay. 

 

You will get a letter from the IRS later confirming your Payment Arrangements.

So how do I tell if my payment arrangement was setup. I set it up for $25 a month to come out of my bank account but the payment vouchers on my paperwork from turbo tax has 4 payment vouchers for over $400 each. Which one is correct?
