I did a late paper file last year and can't eFile via Turbotax this year

I filed my 2016 taxes in Dec 2017.

It was paper filing. I haven't yet received the returns yet.

Now, when I'm trying to e-File via TurboTax, IRS is rejecting my eFile.

I am sure the last year's AGI from paper, is what I am entering in my 2017 return. I'm selecting a random 5 digit identifier.
