I'd like to move my mint account with email A to my turbotax account with email B, but both have mint accounts it appears so easy change of email doesn't seem to work

There is no way to combine two Intuit accounts together. They would remain separate in the system. 

If you do not want the one Mint account, you can follow the instructions here to delete the Mint account. 

How does one know if it's only deleting Mint data?  When I go through the process it to takes me back to accounts.intuit.com and says nothing about specifically removing only mint, only my email address which also houses my TurboTax from the last decade.  Screenshot here... https://ibb.co/H717cDZ  Thanks
