I complete two tax returns, my federal and MO state and my MOM's Federal and IL state return. this is forcing my mom to have IL and MO state returns

I have the returns done on turbo tax,  but my returns came out ok with Federal and Missouri.  My mom's return is not working right.  Federal seems to be ok but I need it to only look at the State of Illinois where she lives.  It is using Illinois and also using Missouri as non resident and I can not stop it.
