I clicked on “Request for Innocent Spouse Relief” in error and now the program won’t allow allow to remove it so that I can’t file with i can file electronically.

To remove this form, you can follow the steps listed below.

1.  Sign into your account, select Take me to my return

2.  Select My Account (top of screen)click on the drop down arrow

3.  Select Tools

4.  Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form

5.  Select Delete next to the Form 8379 and Continue
