I click efile and it says "Your transmission didn't go through Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available". What does that mean?

Because the forms to complete filing are not yet available in your state. You will probably get an e-mail after signing up to be notified when they are available. Some are not available until 2/24.

This is a known issue which has been reported.

Hopefully, the issue will be resolved shortly.
