Go to Turbo.com and sign in using your Intuit account (the same account you used to file your taxes with TurboTax). When you are asked to put in information to get a free credit score, make sure you are putting in the correct information - it must match exactly what the credit agency (Transunion) has on file for you in order to pull your credit (note - this is a soft pull and does not affect your credit score). If it still does not work you can go to https://www.transunion.com/ and try signing up for a free credit score there to see if you get any different results.
