I cant get past "Consent to efile your Massachusetts return". It keeps saying my first name does not match. What can I do? I don't have a printer to paper file.

make sure your first name goes in the first name box and matches your first name on your return - same for middle name  - same for last name - NOT spouse name - there are 3 boxes - First, Middle, Last

Having the same issue. The names match but it won't let me submit.
