I cannot update my bank account information to receive my taxes. When in the file tab, theres no option to update or edit. I no longer have access to this account, closed

My bank account was closed and I now have a new one. But it will not let me edit my bank account! I am moving by the end of the month of March and I am unsure if it will show up on time
