I was able to import inancial information from Charles Schwab to this year's tax forms. However, I cannot do so with Merrill Lynch or with TIAA. There is way too much information for me to do this by hand, and I have not had this problem in the many years I have used your product at this time of year. What do I need to do? I have tried a variety of browsers, including Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft edge. Nothing helps.
