I cannot get state to load. I have read the article, followed the instructions; uninstall, reinstall, remove state then it says it is up to date and nothing - no state

I can see you've done all that you can.

 

You've tried the following steps

1. Log out of Turbo Tax.
2. Clear your cache and cookies
3. Delete Cache & Cookies
4. Close Turbo Tax 
5. Shut down the computer
6. Re-start your computer
7. Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax.
   • You can also try a different browser as well,

If none of the above steps resolve the issue,
