I cannot get my email to change and I no longer have the email that is linked to turbo tax.

I am trying to change my email address in personal settings and it will not change.

If you no longer have access to the email address used, try our Account Recovery Request

I need to change my email in my personal and can’t figure how to do so. I don’t have last year’s email anymore

If you are able to log in to your TurboTax account, you can follow the steps in the following help article to update your email address.

If you are not able to sign in to your account at all, please follow the steps in the below help article to get you back into your account.
