I cannot find the Form 568, and Form 540 when filing for California Business (LLC) and personal income. Where are they?

I cannot find the Form 568, and Form 540 when filing for California Business (LLC) and personal income. Where are they?

Ok so if it's available, how do I make use of it? I want to report my income on my 1040 and Schedule C as well, but I don't know how to select these for an LLC, and don't see them listed anywhere. Yet, for self-employment, I find myself facing different versions of 1099s in California, not a schedule C. Why is this exactly? I am using the Self-Employment product.
