I cannot file because it says this form is not ready to be filed due to a change in the federal form. should be available soon. (form 8582)

According to the TurboTax Forms availability FAQ, Form 8582, Passive Activity Loss Limitations is available. Form 8582 is used by noncorporate (individual) taxpayers to: 

• Figure the amount of any passive activity loss (PAL) for the current tax year.
• Report the application of prior year unallowed PALs.

Greetings.   I am receiving the same message.  "Activity Worksheet: Activity Description - This form is not ready to be filed due to a change in the federal form.  It should be available soon."

 

I can see that for 8582 is available using the forms availability link provided by HelenC12.  My turbotax did updates this morning but still getting this message.

 

Any suggestions?

I have same problem.  I've been waiting to file for over a month.  Form is supposed to be available, according to TurboTax but when I try and complete, TurboTax says form will be ready soon.  

I contacted customer service and in my case I was told that the form would not be available until 3/17/22
